It's strong oversight, responsive leadership, thoughtful care-planning, well-supported staff, meaningful engagement, and a culture where residents are genuinely known and valued. True luxury is peace of mind.
From operating nursing homes to leading sales and marketing teams at a regional level, one thing has never changed - I genuinely love matching seniors with communities that best meet their needs. Outside of my professional endeavors, I wear the title of Mom, having had my first son, Brooks, in August 2025. Being a mom and wife has provided my life the utmost fulfillment. Beyond the joyful chaos of motherhood, I love staying active, sipping on espresso, and creating meaningful moments out of the ordinary - and I hope my clients feel that same care and intentionality.
